Please pay special attention to the following steps:

• Regular inspections.
• No pressure or fluid losses.
• No errors
• Appropriate/new spark plugs
• Lambda sensors replaced every 100,000 km.
• Replaced one-way valves (they can work intermittently, making them difficult to diagnose)
• New air filter according to the chosen tuning level
• Functional flowmeter. Any modified flowmeters or in modified housings will require Stage 3.
• Functional N75 valve, preferably new.

We offer a strict warranty on the software. The warranty does not cover other components of the car that we do not intervene in. The customer is responsible for how he takes care of and operates the car. Parts that are at the end of their life or with hidden defects and not detected during the diagnosis performed before the software optimization may be visible once the new software is installed. If, following the resoftening, we discover defective parts or the car is not operating in optimal parameters, we will return to the previous software until the problems are fixed.

We may rewrite our software if this happens. This operation will be charged according to our hourly pricing.

The cost of the resofting can be refunded within a maximum of 14 days from the time of its execution, within which you must present yourself with the car to be brought to its original condition and does not include the time spent diagnosing the car. If you encounter problems, you must show us what is not correct, when and under what conditions.
